1. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Bookings

Requests for the swimming pool, SPA, picnic area, padel, five-a-side football, tastings, events and special packages may be made through the website, by telephone, email or through other available channels.

Submitting a request does not constitute automatic confirmation of a booking. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by the property.

Standard room bookings are managed through Ciaobooking, Booking.com or other dedicated platforms and are subject to the terms and conditions specified during the relevant booking process.

Payments

The property accepts payments by bank transfer, PayPal and any other payment methods that may be made available.

Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain services, events or packages.

Cancellations and Refunds

Services booked directly with the property may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked date or time.

In the event of cancellation after this deadline or a no-show, the property may retain any amounts already paid as a deposit or advance payment.

If services are unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the property may offer an alternative date, a voucher or a refund of the amount paid.

Accommodation bookings made through Ciaobooking, Booking.com or other external platforms are subject to the specific cancellation conditions stated in the relevant booking confirmation.

2. Swimming Pool, SPA and Wellness

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is available according to the opening hours and availability communicated by the property.

Indicative opening hours: morning 09:00 - 13:00, afternoon 15:00 - 19:00, full day 09:00 - 19:00.

Indicative rates: half day €15 for adults and €10 for children; full day €25 for adults and €15 for children.

Children aged 0 to 4: free admission. Children aged 5 to 12: child rate. Guests aged 13 and over: full adult rate.

Minors must always be supervised by a parent or responsible adult. The property does not provide supervision or childcare services.

Running in wet areas, diving where not permitted, bringing glass containers into the pool area, disturbing or endangering other guests and occupying sun loungers or reserved areas when not in use are prohibited.

The availability of sun loungers, deckchairs and designated areas is subject to the property's capacity. Parasols may not be available in all areas, as naturally shaded areas are also provided.

SPA & Wellness

Access to the SPA is by reservation only and is limited to a maximum of 20 guests at the same time.

Indicative opening hours: morning session 10:00 - 14:00, afternoon session 15:00 - 19:00, with 2-hour admission subject to availability.

SPA rates include a courtesy kit consisting of a bathrobe, towel and slippers.

Massages available by reservation: Total Body, 60 minutes €60; Relax, 30 minutes €40.

The use of the sauna, hot tub and wellness facilities is not recommended for guests with physical conditions that may be incompatible with heat, steam or high temperatures. In case of doubt, guests are responsible for consulting their doctor before using these facilities.

Guests are required to behave respectfully and preserve the relaxing atmosphere of the SPA. The property may restrict or suspend access due to capacity limits, safety requirements or maintenance.

3. Packages and Special Services

“Coccole” Package

The “Coccole” Package is available in different options, with or without an overnight stay.

“Coccole” Package with overnight stay:
available exclusively upon request and confirmation by the property. Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am the following day.

“Coccole” Day Use Package, without overnight stay:
available for online booking according to calendar availability. Indicative hours: from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The property reserves the right to modify opening hours, included services and availability according to organisational or operational requirements.

Picnic Area

The picnic area is generally available from 09:00 to 24:00, unless otherwise communicated by the property.

Subject to availability, the admission fee includes a reserved area, table and benches, use of the barbecue, firewood or charcoal and a sun lounger with parasol or designated area.

Guests may bring their own food. Beverages must be purchased at the property.

Leaving a lit barbecue unattended, leaving waste behind, damaging green areas, furniture or equipment, and disturbing other guests are prohibited.

Padel and Five-a-Side Football

Padel courts are generally available from 09:00 to 22:00, by reservation and subject to availability.

Indicative rates: court €50 for a 90-minute match, racket rental €5 each, tube of 3 new balls €8.

Lighting and changing rooms are available. Guests are responsible for the proper use of the courts, equipment and common areas.

The five-a-side football pitch is available by reservation. Indicative rate: €40 for a 60-minute match, for up to 8 people.

4. Events, Ceremonies and Food Services

Private Events and Ceremonies

Casale Madonna Grande Wine Resort hosts weddings, ceremonies, birthday celebrations, private events, corporate events, tastings, aperitifs and seasonal events.

Private events are subject to availability, a personalised quotation and written confirmation by the property.

Deposits, advance payments or specific conditions stated in the quotation accepted by the customer may be required for weddings, ceremonies and tailor-made events.

The property reserves the right to modify programmes, menus, arrangements, schedules or the use of spaces due to organisational requirements, safety reasons, weather conditions or force majeure.

Events Organised by the Property

For events organised directly by the property, such as tastings, aperitifs, themed evenings, seasonal events or events open to the public, Management reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event for technical, organisational, weather-related or safety reasons.

Participation in events is at the participants' own responsibility and is subject to compliance with the property's rules and the instructions provided by staff.

Wine Bar and Beverage Service

Tastings, aperitifs, food and wine experiences and wine bar services may require advance booking.

The property reserves the right to modify products, menus and programmes according to seasonality, availability and organisational requirements.

Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with applicable law. The sale and serving of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. The property may request identification to verify the customer's age.

Photos and Videos During Events

During public events organised by the property, photographs and video recordings may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

5. General Property Rules

Children and Minors

Children are welcome. Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

The property does not assume responsibility for the supervision or care of minors in the swimming pool, picnic area, sports facilities, restaurant areas, rooms or common areas.

Pets

Only small dogs, including toy breeds, are permitted, subject to prior authorisation by Management.

Guests are responsible for their pet's behaviour and for any damage caused to people, property, facilities or other guests.

Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging

Free private parking is available on site, subject to availability.

The property does not provide vehicle custody services and is not responsible for theft, damage, break-ins or events not directly attributable to the property.

An electric vehicle charging station is available when operational.

Wi-Fi and Technical Services

Free Wi-Fi is available in areas covered by the network.

The property does not guarantee uninterrupted service, which may be affected by technical limitations, faults, maintenance or issues involving third-party providers.

Smoking and Conduct

Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms, the SPA and all indoor areas.

Guests are required to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the property.

Damage and Use of Facilities

Damaging furniture, equipment, plants or common areas, bringing dangerous or unauthorised objects onto the property, or improperly using facilities, equipment or services is prohibited.

Any violation may result in charges for repair or restoration costs or removal from the property.

6. Liability

The property is not responsible for unattended belongings, theft, loss or damage not directly attributable to the property.

The swimming pool, picnic area, sports facilities and outdoor activities may be suspended or restricted in the event of adverse weather conditions, weather warnings, safety requirements or maintenance.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to people, equipment, furniture, premises or facilities.

The use of sports, wellness and recreational facilities is at the guest's own responsibility and is subject to compliance with the rules communicated by the property.

7. Tourist Tax

Accommodation at the property is subject to the tourist tax established by the Municipality of Campomarino.

The current amount is €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, subject to regulatory changes and applicable exemptions.

8. Privacy, Cookies and Amendments

The property reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
